As most of you know, last night Spamalot had its final performance before closing its doors at the Shubert Theatre. Cast members from past and present came together at the end to sing one more chorus of "Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life". It really was an event to remember and one that will be cherished and held closely to the hearts of those who were in attendance.
After the show was over and done with, tears were shed, hugs and congratulatory sentiments exchanged, the entire cast and crew (as well as friends and family), headed out to an upscale restaurant and cocktail lounge in NYC. It really was a great party.

Nice pictures - who wore the Spamalot gown?
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't a cast member if that's what you're asking. It was a friend of a member of the cast.
ReplyDeleteVery nice! Thanks IM!
ReplyDeleteThanks. Everyone looked so great! It's strange to see Tom in a suit and tie, though, lol. He cleans up well. HAHA Rick and Brad looked nice as well. Glad they all had such a good time. Will you be posting more?
ReplyDeleteRead the post above you honey haha
ReplyDeleteEveryone looks so nice in their party duds! Thanks for sharing, IM.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures IM. Thanks for posting.
ReplyDeleteNot a problem :)
ReplyDeletedo you have some pics of professor Clay
ReplyDeleteI'll be posting more later.
ReplyDeleteI'll be posting more later.
ReplyDeleteAnd I will be right here waiting for you...hee
Could someone please post on the boards that I am NOT "being sneaky" by posting the 2 of Clay from closing night? I was simply stating that I wasn't the person who captured those 2 photos.
ReplyDeleteAhh, but this whole blog is rather sneaky, IM... yes, you have a 'name' (everyone's got a name, right?), but you're still anonymous for all intents & purposes...
ReplyDeleteSneaky is all a matter of interpretation...I'm posting pictures for fans to enjoy and people have been doing that for years. I really don't understand how that's sneaky. I like sneakers. Want to know why? They're cozy. That's right, you guessed it. It's no longer a secret. I'm Clay's big toe, from the right side of course. Now, may I please have a sock? Me and the other little piggies are a little chilly down here.
ReplyDeleteI didn't say sneaky was always a bad thing...
ReplyDelete"Now, may I please have a sock?"
Striped, of course...
I know you meant well hun. I read that with a wink. ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks Monkey! What a nice lunch time treat!
ReplyDeleteNo matter what some are saying there are lots of us that appreciate your posts!!
I am enjoying te pictures too, thanks
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm enjoying the pictures too. Love the pic of Merle and big ole Jerome...and wigless Clay! Thanks IM!
ReplyDeleteI don't mind admitting that I would love to see a pic of Clay and Reed together(standing side-by-side would be good enough for me, though holding hands would be a treat.) Not b/c I want to invade their privacy, but b/c I think they are a gorgeous, striking couple(and, based on the reported difference in their styles Sunday night, they are quite a pair!) Also b/c I am a hopeless romantic!!
ReplyDeleteDo you have Clay's pictures from after party?
